The historic property had a modern revamp, making it a gorgeous place to stay. The communal kitchen was a standout feature, making us want to cook and stay in rather than go out for dinner. The private room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the river, adding to the romantic atmosphere. the location was very convenient, with attractions and amenities nearby.
The parking situation was a bit difficult, requiring some maneuvering, but the staff managed it well. Another minor drawback was that the breakfast option was not available, although there were plenty of places to eat in the town.
